A Few of Our Favorite Cocktails
TIDEWALKER BOURBON
Maple Julep
3 oz Tidewalker Bourbon
1-3 tsp maple syrup
mint sprig
INGREDIENTS
DIRECTIONS
Muddle mint leaves until they’re fully broken down. Fill a glass with crushed ice and pour the bourbon and syrup over it. Give the mint sprig a good hard slap, and tuck it into the ice.
Suggested glassware: pewter cup or old fashioned glass
Pick Me Up

½ oz orgeat

Combine in a shaker full of ice. Shake well and pour into a chilled glass.
This recipe also works great with Gunpowder Rye in place of the bourbon!
