TIDEWALKER BOURBON

Maple Julep

  • 3 oz Tidewalker Bourbon

  • 1-3 tsp maple syrup

  • mint sprig

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

Muddle mint leaves until they’re fully broken down. Fill a glass with crushed ice and pour the bourbon and syrup over it. Give the mint sprig a good hard slap, and tuck it into the ice.

  • ½ oz orgeat

Combine in a shaker full of ice. Shake well and pour into a chilled glass.

This recipe also works great with Gunpowder Rye in place of the bourbon!
